I can't stop crying.

I thought I can surpass the day that nobody will greet me Happy birthday in the office, it was okay, but when the stupid director of the of the online school, ask me to go to his office, I couldn't compose myself.

At first he was praising me, then ordering me what to do or how to teach I been teaching for a long time, I don't need his directions, all the teachers was great before he came. When he came everything changes. He said while we are teaching we shouldn't be typing the incorrect sentences of our student and the corrected sentences and so on, I argued that the students want it that way, but he insist. I got more sensitive and he said I type so slow he can hear the sound of the keyboard, the clicks.
There are times when I feel tired, what I hear doesn't register quickly and I am just making sure what my student is asking.

The students are not complaining, but he is! He said if the students doesn't like they can stop learning from our school. I don't like that idea, because I care about my students deeply. He is a heartless director and he said he's been teaching for a long time. I teach with love , I don't teach without feelings. I care about what my students.

I cried in front of him, because I couldn't contain my feelings, because he refuse to listen. Then when he saw that he's asking what he did to me to make me cry. I just can't do what he ask us to do. all the regular teachers disagreed with him. It won't be an online teaching if there isn't any comment box on the student page and no corrected sentences. Everything will be useless, and we can't make the students' grades if there isn't anything on the boxes, no reference.

He dismiss me after I couldn't say anything but cry, I was about to have my class. The owner of the company, talk to me in my work stations and he said it was alright it's not my fault. And he said everything will be all right.

The director is a fool, because he doesn't listen to reasons! I wanted to leave that company, but I will be abandoning my students and the people who needs me in that company.
